Terms and Conditions of Trading
- The Company shall refer to Intelligence Direct Services Ltd and all subsidiary trading titles.
- The Customer shall refer only to the person or organisation engaged in the primary transaction with the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to alter the trading terms and conditions and by accepting these terms and conditions you agree to be bound by any future provisions.
- The Company reserves the right to alter prices without notice and does not accept liability for any pricing errors made on the web site, in writing or during telephone calls.
- The Company does not accept any obligations or liabilities to any third party.
- Orders may not be cancelled except at the discretion of the company.
- An order shall be deemed to have been placed and the terms of trading accepted on receipt of instructions for printing.
- The Company will endeavour to check images submitted for printing but does not give an undertaking that all images will be scrutinised before printing. The Company does not accept any liability for Customer's images nor for the quality of the print produced from a customer image.
- The Company does not guarantee to colour match a print against one produced using any other medium or printer. The Customer should request a proof before committing to a full print and is responsible for making any required colour adjustments.
- Customers must own the copyright or have permission to use copyright images submitted for printing. The Company does not accept any liability for any breaches of Copyright however arising.
- Customer images will only be held on file if requested by the Customer and only used as agreed with the Customer.
- The Company will endeavour to despatch prints in a timely manner but does not undertake to meet any specified deadline and does not accept any liability arising out of failure to meet a Customer's requested deadline
- The Company only accepts responsibility for damage to a print during processing and will replace such damaged prints and refund the cost of postage subject to the damaged items being returned within 14 days if so requested.
- Goods damaged in transit by FedEx UK: We can only accept claims for goods damaged in transit by FedEx UK if you sign the delivery sheet for the goods as "DAMAGED". Simply signing the sheet indicates that you have received the parcel in good condition and accept full responsibilty. If the parcel is seriously damaged please refuse delivery and ask for the parcel to be returned to us. All claims for damage must be registered with us within 5 days of the date of delivery. Claims made after this time cannot be lodged with FedEx UK and will be rejected.
- Goods damaged in transit by Royal Mail: We continue to accept direct responsibility for parcels damaged in transit by Royal Mail subject to: a) registering a claim within 5 days of delivery. b) providing digital photos of the damage if requested, c) returning the damaged goods if requested. If the parcel is seriously damaged please refuse delivery and ask for the parcel to be returned to us.
- Payment terms are settlement in full within 14 days unless otherwise stated or agreed. The Company reserves the right to take whatever action may be appropriate to recover debts and the Customer shall be liable for all expenses incurred therein. All accounts placed with Sinclair Goldberg Price will be subject to a surcharge of 15% + VAT to cover recovery costs. These accounts will also be subject to any legal costs incurred in obtaining settlement.
- All prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and to be construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Image Copyright
- Intelligence Direct Services Ltd acknowledge and respect all copyrights but do not accept any liability for a breach of copyright resulting from the submission of an image by a customer however arising.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all images submitted for printing do not breach copyright laws and advertising rules and that they have due authority from the owner of the image to order prints to be produced.
- Intelligence Direct Services Ltd undertakes to use its best endeavours at all times to protect the copyright of images submitted for printing and will not publish, distribute or otherwise use such images except as directed by the customer.
- Customer images will be held on the Intelligence Direct Services Ltd computer system so that customers may order repeat prints without the need to resubmit an image unless directed by the customer to delete the image after printing.

If your print is not printed correctly or damaged in transit, simply return it to us within 14 days for a reprint - we will even refund your postage.
